Performing Teams
For many years Northwest has
been acclaimed for its Performing
Teams.
As
soon as skaters see the teams
perform in our annual spring show
they know that someday they want to
be on our Senior Team. In
fact, our Senior Teams have been so
good that they won 1st place in the
2003 & 2005 ISI World Championships.
Those students are now in college
but we have new groups of
Synchronized & Production Teams
working their way up the skating
ladder.
This year the entry level team -
Synchronized Workshop, will
meet on Mondays 5:30 - 6:00 PM,
right after the 4:30 - 5:30 PM Group
Lessons. Tryouts begin Monday,
September 17th, 5:30 - 6:00 PM.
Jr. Synchronized & Production
Teams will meet Thursdays 4:30 -
5:30 PM.
Jr. Production Team will meet
Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45 PM.
Tryouts for Jr. Teams begin
Thursday, September 20th, 4:30 -
6:45 PM.
Sr. Synchronized & Production
Teams will meet Mondays 5:30 -
6:45 PM.
Tryouts begin Monday, September 17th
5:30 - 6:45 PM.
Skaters joining any of these teams
are expected to make an annual
commitment to the team to attend
practices and to participate in
competitions and exhibitions.
Fun and Friendships develop while
skaters are learning some very
important life skills.
